2. Service Description

BrilliantPrompts provides a curated library of AI prompts delivered through a web-based subscription service. Free prompts are available without an account. Premium prompts require an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel.

• Monthly: $7/month, billed monthly
• Annual: $49/year, billed annually
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes

4. License & Usage

Upon subscribing, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the premium prompt content for your own personal or professional use. You may:

• Copy and use prompts in any AI tool for personal or commercial purposes
• Modify prompts for your specific use case
• Use the AI outputs generated by our prompts commercially

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share our prompt library with others
• Share your license key with third parties
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-download prompt content for redistribution
• Create a competing service using our prompts

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

6. Content Disclaimer

Our prompts are designed to produce high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as AI model behavior varies. Results depend on the AI model used, your specific inputs, and the model's current capabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All prompt content, website design, and branding are the intellectual property of BrilliantPrompts. The outputs generated by AI models using our prompts belong to you, subject to the respective AI provider's terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrilliantPrompts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our prompts or the AI-generated outputs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
